Led by trained social workers, they work to simplify appointment scheduling, coordinate specialist referrals, and ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. From navigating next steps to checking in on progress, they provide ongoing support for a seamless, personalized healthcare experience.

Navigators will schedule appointments directly or connect your employees or members with the scheduling staff for fertility specialists, OB/GYNs, and midwives at Mount Sinai and Oula Health. Our care facilities are conveniently located across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. 

Mount Sinai Navigators can also assist families in choosing a Mount Sinai pediatrician and scheduling their newborn’s first appointment, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing care.

At Mount Sinai, your employees and their partners will receive nationally recognized care in a state-of-the-art facility. We offer advanced NICU centers capable of providing critical care for high-risk pregnancies and newborns. 

Educational  Resources

Program participants benefit from web-based learning topics including pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum, and perinatal loss, offering comprehensive support throughout the entire perinatal journey.

Grocery Delivery and Car Service

To add additional comfort and convenience, vouchers for car service and grocery delivery are available during the third trimester and beyond.

Private Postpartum Room at No Added Cost

Subject to availability, postpartum rooms are offered at Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai West, and Mount Sinai South Nassau.

Our team facilitates connection to doulas, pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, mental health services, infant CPR courses, and support groups.
