The Pre-Consult and Lab Work
Before the onsite exam, each employee completes a 30-minute virtual consultation with an internist and undergoes a lab workup. This allows the physician to review the individual’s health profile and lab results in advance, ensuring a personalized and efficient experience on exam day.
The virtual visit covers medical history, current health status, and lifestyle factors to guide targeted assessments. Lab work can be conveniently completed at the Hudson Yards practice or any Mount Sinai location near the employee’s home or office.

The Onsite Exam
This comprehensive onsite exam, lasting 1.5 to 4 hours, includes tailored screenings with each specialist based on the employee’s health profile, including factors such as sex, medical history, and age, determined from the pre-consultation.
