From navigating next steps to checking in on progress, they provide ongoing support for a seamless, personalized health care experience.

Navigators will schedule appointments directly or connect employees with the scheduling staff for more than 250+ cancer specialists and experts in other medical specialties within Mount Sinai Health System’s vast network. Our care facilities are conveniently located across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester, and our providers may also be seen virtually, as appropriate.
